How we write and review content
ThePrepLab publishes guidance for educators and coaching institutes. We also sell assessment software, so our product guides and comparisons are written by a provider with a commercial interest. They are not independent rankings.
What our examples mean
Illustrative questions and workflows explain a method. They are not customer results or product benchmark measurements. AI-generated and extracted questions need an educator to verify their wording, answers, syllabus fit, equations and diagrams before use.
Sources and product claims
Vendor comparisons use linked public descriptions unless a page explicitly documents a hands-on test. A missing detail on a vendor website does not prove that a feature is absent. Features, prices, platforms and support scope should be confirmed in a current proposal.
For teaching concepts, we link to relevant references such as the Carnegie Mellon Eberly Center’s assessment guidance. Product-specific guidance should be checked against your actual configuration.
Who has reviewed the content?
An organization byline identifies ThePrepLab as the publisher. It does not imply independent subject-expert review. Where a teacher or external reviewer has reviewed specific material and approved attribution, the page should identify that person and the scope of review. We do not claim an unnamed panel has certified every page.
Customer stories and measured results
A case study needs customer approval, a measurement period, the relevant sample and an explanation of the method. Estimated time value is not guaranteed cash savings. Customer logos, quotes and identifiable screenshots require permission. No review or rating should be invented.
Dates and corrections
Publication dates describe when a page was first issued. Updated dates should reflect a substantive change, not a refreshed timestamp on every visit. Historical pages may need further review as product capabilities change.
