We offer different account types (Student, Educator, Administrator) with varying access levels and features. Pricing and features are subject to the specific plan chosen.

• Creating and taking tests and assessments
• Accessing educational content and analytics

• Collaborating with other authorized users

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Copy, redistribute, or resell Platform content without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data

5.1 Platform Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including all Content, features, and functionality, are owned by Innovista Labs LLP and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Platform (such as custom questions or tests). By using our Services, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content to provide and improve our Services.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated using our AI features is subject to our standard licensing terms. You may use AI-generated content within the Platform for educational purposes.

6.1 Pricing

Pricing for our Services is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice to existing customers.

6.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment is due upon invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed.

6.3 Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, fees for subscription services are non-refundable, but exceptions may be made at our discretion.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.

11.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. We may also discontinue the Platform with reasonable notice.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will immediately cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.
